Insert Loading
Full system integrating bowl feeder for insert loading, Kuka KR30 for transfer of spoiler parts to 2 Kuka KR10 robots equipped with degating cutters.
After pre-clipping KR30 presents part to router spindle to finish process. See Router degating section for more details.
Laser Degating
Laser degate cell using a Keyence laser, fully integrated to process parts for a spoiler winglet.
Guarding Systems Manufactured
Guarding systems manufactured by PCMA are steel box section, powder coated to RAL code of choice, with infill panels in polycarbonate. Full integrated safety package on all access doors and product exit areas, give our customers the total flexibility of designing their bespoke cell around any automation.
